There are a lot of people struggling with finances even though the news people tell a different story. <br><br>If a person must choose between buying medications, utilities, food, etc and paying for pads; this may help with the decision. Any money not used for pads can be used for something else.<br><br>Also, during disasters pads may not be available because stores may not be open.
